North Staffordshire Group Meeting – FROM JESUS TO PAUL; ONE GOSPEL OR TWO ?

"If only the church would go back to the simple good news proclaimed by Jesus and put aside Paul's elaborate and abstruse theology" "Paul invented the religion Christianity, with little regard for the life and teaching of Jesus of Nazareth". How often we have heard views such as these or even thought them ourselves. In this session we shall look at themes from Paul's letters which suggest continuity between his theology and Jesus and hopefully see their interpretation and relevance for today's very different world.- Start Date:
