Starting at 10 am we’ll have three hours of quiet reflection followed by lunch at 1 pm. Each hour will be introduced by a short reflection and concluded by a short piece of music. There will be areas for reading and something tactile - painting or craft. An opportunity to enjoy a period of quiet and mediation. The way the ‘day’ is concluded has still to be decided.
