We shall prepare for this meeting by watching two of Dave Tomlinson's Holy Shed YouTube sessions on the theme of being progressive Christians.
We shall be looking in advance at two YouTube videos of Dave Tomlinson from his 'Holy Shed'. I have just (today) heard that Dave will join us on Zoom on 7th March when we discuss the issues he raises in these videos.
Our discussion will centre on trying to answer the following questions:
- Must the older versions of Christian belief and practice wither away, as they seem to be doing?
- Or, might progressive approaches and practices present a more believable and worthwhile version of Christianity in our British society?
